Wireguard F40

Wireguard F40 is a powder based on a blend of polyolefins and is supplied for the fluidised bed coating of wire articles. 

(Wireguard F40 is ideal for large volume wire coating projects due to the reduced energy required during production)

Wireguard XT

(Plascoat Wireguard XT has been specifically designed to provide a long-lasting, tough coating for exterior applications to steel and galvanised steel wire. It is based on an alloy of acid modified polyolefins and is Halogen free. The combustion fumes are low in smoke and have a low toxicity index.).

  2. coating maintains excellent adhesion to the metal substrate without the need for a separate primer
