Plascoat Materials

Through Plascoat, many thermoplastics-based coating systems are produced and supplied world-wide. Protective coatings form an important and cost-effective part of many metal articles.

Plascoat offers the widest range of thermoplastic finishes for metalwork that are suitable for decorative, anti-corrosion or other functional engineering purposes.

Plascoat has developed a range of high quality protective coating systems, carefully alloying components containing performance enhancing features to base polymers. This provides coatings with excellent adhesion to substrate, good weathering or chemical resistance properties.

These unique PPA (Performance Polymer Alloy) coating powders often satisfy requirements that can only be met by other more expensive solutions.

The range of materials available is constantly being increased and improved  - providing even more versatility and longevity.
