Processing Emissions of Plascoat PPA 571

Plascoat PPA 571 contains no halogens or halogenated compounds and is totally TGIC-free.

In addition:

There will be no inorganic acids evolved during the coating process.

There will be no phthalates evolved during the coating process.

There will be no sulphur dioxide evolved during the coating process.

There will be no detectable carbon dioxide evolved during the coating process.

There will be no detectable carbon monoxide evolved during the coating process.

The processing emissions of Plascoat PPA 571 have been analysed by an independent laboratory.
The level of low molecular weight hydrocarbons evolved was <25 micrograms per litre.
Of this a maximum of 0.35g consists of fatty acids and fatty acid esters and other organic acids.
